Four fishermen were reported missing after their boat sank off Zamboanga Peninsula in Mindanao, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported. The PCG said the fishing boat, RCT-999, was being manned by 38 crewmen when it went down in rough seas between Tumalutab Island in Zamboanga City and Payao in Zamboanga Sibugay province on Thursday, February 1.
