Fourteen fishermen were rescued when their boat capsized in the waters off Calayan, Cagayan on Monday. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said the fishermen were onboard MB Agalexa 2 when they encountered rough seas within the vicinity of Ensenada Point off Camiguin Island. The PCG substations in Calayan and Camiguin Island sent deployable response group teams to conduct search and rescue operations.
