    Excerpt
A fisherman was reported missing while another was rescued by a passing cargo vessel after their boat capsized in the waters off Agno, Pangasinan on Saturday. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said Antonio Ollero was rescued by crewmembers and officers of the motor vessel Deryoung Space. Investigation showed Ollero and his companion went on a fishing expedition on Nov. 17, but bad weather battered their boat until it capsized.
