    Various agencies of the national government will rehabilitate the San Juan River through the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA)’s neighborhood upgrading program. Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos along with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Acuzar, acting MMDA Chairman Romando Artes, San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora and representatives of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources inspected yesterday the banks of the San Juan River in Barangay Batis.
