The Philippine Coast Guard and the Philippine Navy recently rescued two fishermen in Pangasinan following the capsizing of their motorbanca in the vicinity of the waters off Agno, Pangasinan. In its report, the PCG said the motorbanca that the two fishermen were maneuvering was hit by big waves at approximately 30NM west of Rena Point, Agno, Pangasinan at around 2 a.m. last 30 December, resulting in its capsizing.
