According to Dr. Raul Banias, provincial administrator, a team led by Police Staff Sergeant Roderick Asturias, under the supervision of Police Lieutenant Colonel Abner T. Jordan, was onboard a patrol speed boat when they spotted the fishermen of F/B Olo. The “hulbot-hulbot” was skippered by Nino Ballena Arellado, 46, of Barangay Punta Mesa, Manapla, Negros Occidental, with five crew members.en
