A resident of Barangay Mansilingan in this city ranked 10th in the October 2024 Fisheries Technologists Licensure Examination (FTLE). Isabela Therese Dedel got a rating of 89 percent and was among the 40 new fisheries technologists from Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU). Dedel finished her degree of Bachelor of Science in Fisheries at CHMSU Binalbagan.
