    The Iloilo Provincial Agriculture Office officially opened the Farmers and Fisherfolk’s Week celebration on Tuesday morning, October 1, at the provincial capitol grounds. The event, which runs from October 1 to 4, 2024, features a range of activities including exhibits, trade fairs, agricultural forums, technology training sessions, and a cooking contest. Provincial Agriculturist Dr. Ildefonso Toledo emphasized the importance of the event, stating, “This is in recognition of the significant contributions that farmers and fisherfolk make to our community.”
