    Excerpt
The city government is mulling to regulate the operation of lambaklad fishing. Lambaklad is derived from the Kinaray-a words lambat which means net and baklad meaning corral. One of the biggest fish traps in the country, lambaklad uses nets and ropes instead of bamboo poles laid down in a deep portion of the sea.
