    Excerpt
The Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) will no longer allow any water activities on Pungtod Island, popularly known as the Virgin Island, and its surrounding waters after its corals were defaced. In an advisory, the PAMB said all water activities such as diving and snorkeling are prohibited in the area starting Sept. 9 to allow the corals to recover from the vandalism.
