Previously unreleased photographs taken by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) showing the harvesting of giant clams and other marine species at Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal during the previous administration were publicized for the first time on Monday. Commodore Jay Tarriela, PCG spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea, said the photos taken from 2017 to 2019 were never made public during that time.
