The predawn stillness in this town’s shoreline is usually broken by the familiar noise made by fishermen going about as they prepare their small wooden boats to sail into the sea amid a backdrop of an early morning mist. Among this group is 31-year-old Joseph Dulem, a fisherman since his early teens. His calloused hands reveal the years of hard work that he has dedicated to a life at sea.ook
