    Excerpt
We all agree that the world is warming up and many people believe that it is caused artificially by HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), a research facility based in the US. HAARP acknowledges that they have conducted research which use electromagnetic frequencies to fire pulsed, directed energy beams in order to "temporarily excite a limited are of the ionosphere." Some scientists state that purposefully disturbing this sensitive layer of the ionosphere could have more and even disastrous consequences" and many believe that it is a secret weapon used for weather modification and electromagnetic warfare.
