The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Region 3 has provided assistance to the fishpond operators here that were affected by typhoon “Karding” previously. The BFAR said that it was in response to the devastation caused by the typhoon, citing that BFAR has identified a total of 298 fishpond operators in need of assistance across the region.
