The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) here on Thursday warned boat owners in Pangasinan not to sail to the West Philippine Sea (WPS) because of the rough seas spawned by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Typhoon Enteng. In an advisory issued at 10 a.m. on September 5, the PCG said that based on the government’s weather bureau’s gale warning, winds of up to 63 kilometers per hour will create a “very rough” sea condition in the western seaboard of Luzon, including the waters off the towns of Bolinao, Bani, Agno, Burgos, Dasol and Infanta.en
