    The Libas Fishing Port in Roxas City will undergo rehabilitation. A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on this between the Roxas City Government and Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) was signed by Mayor Ronnie Dadivas and PFDA acting General Manager Glen A. Pangapalan yesterday morning, August 2. The city mayor said the PFDA allocated P100 million for the rehabilitation of the fishing port, particularly the redevelopment of the trading halls, drainage system, water supply system, power and lighting distribution system, gate and perimeter fence, concreting of pavement, establishment of material recovery facility, and sewage treatment facility.
