A 63-year-old man died after he was electrocuted while fishing in an irrigation canal in Barangay Villa Domingo here on Tuesday morning, March 12. Police Capt. Alex Galutera, municipal police station chief, identified the victim as Dominador Abad, a resident of Purok 1, Barangay San Antonio, Cauayan City, Isabela.
