An infant was reported missing and 48 persons were rescued when their boat capsized in the sea of Santa Cruz Island in Zamboanga City last Saturday afternoon. The Zamboanga Regional Mobile Unite-9 received a call from one of the passengers that their jungkung capsized near Santa Cruz Island.
