The Philippine National Police-Maritime Command (PNP-MARICOM) apprehended three individuals suspected of using dynamite to catch fish on Zapatos Gamay Island in Roxas City. The arrested were identified as Joseph Ado, 40, of Jintotolo Island, Masbate City, owner and captain of the fishing boat; Benny Capacio, 31, of Barangay Bancal, Carles, Iloilo, boat crew; and Bejie Aninang, 44, of Barangay Agsirab, Dumarao, Capiz.
