Two fishermen were rescued by Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) personnel after their boat capsized off the waters of Barangay Purok III, San Joaquin, Iloilo. The two fishermen were identified as Domingo Seron, 55, a resident of Barangay Masagud, San Joaquin, and Jeorge Santosi, 54, from Barangay Nasipit in the same town.
