The foreign boats left, the PSG reported, after the BRP Cabra and two vessels of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) first encountered seven Chinese maritime vessels on 27 April. The incident happened while the Philippine boats were conducting law enforcement operations and exercises at the Sabina Shoal, the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) said.en
