Twenty people were rescued when a motorized boat capsized in the waters off El Nido in Palawan on Sunday. Sixteen passengers, a tour guide, a boat master and two crewmen were on board the M/B Wave Uno when the accident occurred, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)-Northern Palawan district reported yesterday.
