The government has decided to reopen for two days the dolomite Beach at Manila Bay, but visitors will be required to register in a bid to prevent overcrowding. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) on Tuesday reopened the 140-meter beach, more than a month after it was ordered closed after an influx of more than 100,000 visitors in October.
