The local government unit (LGU) of Caluya, Antique is calling for donations of materials for making improvised oil spill booms. Mayor Rigil Kent Lim said the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) is preparing for the possible spread of oil spills in other island barangays.
