    The municipalities of Panay, Pilar, and President Roxas in the province of Capiz are now declared free from paralytic shellfish poison or toxic red tide. Shellfish from these towns are now safe for consumption. This was announced by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources through shellfish bulletin No. 28, released on Dec. 1.
