Port Manager Elmer Figuracion said that for 2017, they identified 11 projects worth P5.2 million including the repair and rehabilitation of post-harvest facilities such as refrigeration and cold storage. Figuracion said these facilities are being leased with an occupancy rate of 90 to 95 percent for frozen and processed products intended for local consumption.en
