The survivors of the ill-fated Filipino fishing boat FB Dearyn want the government to help them get justice for the tragedy that killed three of their crewmates. They are also seeking compensation from the owners of the Pacific Anna, the crude oil tanker that reportedly rammed their vessel before dawn on Oct. 2.
