The Philippines and China will resume negotiations on a possible joint oil and gas exploration in the West Philippine Sea, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo has said. Manalo confirmed there have been efforts by his Chinese counterpart to continue the derailed plan to jointly explore and utilize resources i the WPS.
