Nearly 3,000 fishermen displaced by the oil spill in Oriental Mindoro are set to undergo reskilling and upskilling training from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda). In a statement, Tesda Director General Danilo Cruz disclosed that a total of 2,900 residents in nine municipalities of Oriental Mindoro will undergo various training programs in a bid to provide them with alternative livelihood opportunities.
