Bicol Region has lost precious lives in the raging seas as Bicolano fishermen continue to face a sudden change in weather while trying to earn a living and feed their families. Norman Lim, 34, of Virac, Catanduanes survived the rough waves while fishing and swam ashore on December 24. He was among the 10 reported missing fishermen in the island province before Christmas Day.
