Two scientists from Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology already have devised a study to suggest that microplastics are up in the air, particularly in Metro Manila. "There are studies that reveal there are already microplastics in the air," environmentalist Rodolfo "JayR" Romarate 2nd said in a recorded video interview with The Manila Times.
