After the identification of alternative fishing grounds for fishermen affected by the recent massive oil spill, the provincial government is continually formulating a recovery program, an agricultural official here said. In a telephone interview on Friday, Provincial Agriculture Office chief Christine Pine said aside from the relief and response operations, the provincial government initiated a series of interagency meetings to identify convergence projects to address the food and nutrition concerns of the affected fisherfolk.
