The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) have identified alternative fishing grounds for oil spill-affected fisherfolk in Oriental Mindoro. DILG Secretary Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. on Thursday said a joint memorandum circular will later be issued on sharing of fishing grounds with the affected local government units.
