The local government of Lake Sebu town here has declared a state of calamity following reports of a massive fish kill in the area which affected fish cage operators. Officials of the town on Thursday said that they have allocated P1.5 million of its calamity fund for financial assistance of fish cage operators affected by a fish kill in the area.
