A shark has bitten to death a 16-year-old girl who jumped into a river to swim with dolphins in Perth, Australia. The girl was pulled from the water after the attack on Saturday but died from her injuries at the scene after efforts to revive her failed, Paul Robinson, acting police inspector for the Fremantle district, said.
