A cargo vessel carrying 11 Filipino crewmembers capsized in Indanan, Sulu on Monday according to reports from the Philippine Coast Guard on Tuesday. The PCG said that its personnel in PCG Station Western Sulu responded to the maritime incident involving a half-submerged vessel identified as “MV Melyn Express” in the vicinity waters off Tanjung Pier, Barangay Kajatian, Indanan, Sulu.
