The cost of damage from the fish kill in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato has reached P17 million. According to Lake Sebu Mayor Floro Gandam, the declaration of a state of calamity in the municipality was based on the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), which will undergo passage to the Sangguniang Bayan (SB).
