After local fishermen lost their income due to a Hong Kong-based cargo ship ramming their fish aggregating device or payao on the open sea, the provincial government has assured that they will provide legal assistance. Governor Hermogenes ebdane Jr. disclosed on thursday that the provincial government will send a legal team to represent the Masinloc fisherfolk after the bulk carrier HC Glory rammed their payao while delivering coal to the Masinloc Coal-Fired thermal Plant.
