The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in central Luzon revealed on Tuesday that it has provided five fiberglass reinforced boats to the fisherfolk of Barangay Frances here. The boats are powered by a 10-horsepower marine engine, with two families benefitting from each boat.
