Bad weather has claimed the lives of five fishermen here, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) said on Thursday.Gremil Naz, OCD regional spokesman, said two other fishermen were missing. He added that the fatalities were from the municipalities of Jovellar in Albay, Talisay and Labo in Camarines Norte, Gubat in Sorsogon and San Jose in Camarines Sur.
