After more than two months, the coastal waters of Roxas City and Sapian Bay which cover the Ivisan and Sapian coasts, are now red tide-free. Shellfish Bulletin No. 01-2023 of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 6, dated Jan. 10, 2023, showed that samples collected from these areas tested negative for red tide toxin.
