Forty-one motorized fiber glass fishing boats were turned over by BPI Foundation, Inc. (BPIF) in partnership with the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc., to select fisherfolk associations of Sibonga, Barili, Pinamungajan, and Alcantara, Cebu. This initiative, through the Humanitarian Disaster Preparedness and Rescue (Rafi HDPR) program, is meant to support local fishermen and promote community resilience.
