The harvest of rice and corn may have amped up the country's full-year agriculture but not enough to hug the government's target for 2014. According to the records of the Bureau of Agricultural Statistics (BAS), the farm sector grew 1.83 percent year-on-year. This was up from the 1.15 increment the previous year but short of the government's 3 percent goal for 2014.
