Bacolod City Councilor Al Victor Espino, chairperson of the City Council committee on law, has asked the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), Office of Building Official (OBO), and City Engineer’s Office (CEO) to inspect the compliance of the alleged fish port development at Purok Mabinuligon, Barangay Pahanocoy. Espino, who held a public hearing with the residents of Barangay Pahanocoy along with their officials at the Sangguniang Panlungsod on Tuesday, October 3, said the alleged fish port was developed by Taculod family.
