    Excerpt
The country’s close ties with China took another twist on Monday when Foreign Affairs secretary Teodoro Locsin told the latter to “get the f– out” of the Philippine waters. Locsin made the remarks as the country fires off two new diplomatic protests against the Chinese Coast Guard’s “belligerent” actions to the Philippine Coast Guard vessels patrolling and conducting training exercises in the vicinity of Scarborough Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc.
