    Excerpt
The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Eastern Visayas (BFAR8) announced that three waters in the region are now deemed as red-tide free just a week after they were declared positive of toxins that cause paralytic shellfish poisoning. The agency issued a bulletin on Thursday, 21 July, declaring the coastal waters of Biliran island, Leyte town in Leyte and Daram Island in Samar as red tide free.
