    The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region 1 has released 38,000 elvers or baby eels in the Agno River in Barangay San Felipe here as part of the agency’s stock enhancement activity. The stock enhancement activity is part of the Balik Sigla sa Ilog at Lawa or BASIL program of BFAR that aims to augment the supply of eels or igat in Agno River.
