A motor banca capsized off the coast of Barangay Molocaboc in Sagay City, Negros Occidental on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 29. Fifteen people were rescued. According to the Sagay City police, motor banca Baby Evony Line captained by Giovanie Fernandez left the city’s Barangay Vito at around 1 p.m. The boat had 15 passengers and crew aboard.
