The People's NICHe group has urged the Environment secretary to stand by her "scientific convictions" and reject Manila bay reclamation projects. Environmentalists, marine scientists, fisherfolk and coastal community groupsasked Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Ma. Anotonua "Toni" Yulo-Loyzaga to join them in opposing all ongoing reclamation projects around Manila Bay.
