    For the second time, the Ulian Watershed in Lambunao town won the coveted Governor's Prize on Blue Waters, an award for the most sustainable and well-managed watershed. The Ulian Watershed proved that it has the most effective council in terms of using the ridge to the reef and ecosystem-based approach in implementing the integrated water resource management. The members of the Ulian Watershed Management Council received the award during a ceremony held at the conference hall of the provincial capitol on Wednesday.
